Adam Lambert - The Anti-American Idol?

I am stuck in a Downtown F-Train while writing this hoping to make it right in time for American Idol. Remember the contestants from previous seasons? Mostly good looking but certainly up for some serious glam up!

Just think of season 7 winner David Cook! While from the start being totally likable, there was a lot of room for improvement in the looks department. And by now, I think we all agree on that one, he even looks HOT! Yes, really hot.

Three episodes into season 8, there's sort of an Anti-David-Cook! Adam Lambert doesn't need much help with his visuals. If anything, he needs to glam down and not up! He (and his crew) keep it interesting though and as said before, he's exactly along my alley. Totally dig his looks.

Okay, hoping to make it home in time for not missing a single moment of my winter- spring show! Finally! Delancey street... I am off. In front of the telly, iPhone next to me, laptop in front, twittering and enjoying yet another Adam Lambert moment. Bring it on!!!

I like Adam's personality. Polite and humble not smug or obnoxious like Cook (though I was glad he beat the other David). Dig his voice too. The "he's no Jagger" comments tickle me. He's not his impersonator.
