Asian Fusion Lamb - Wrapped In Salad
Wednesday, September 29, 2010 at 12:33AM This popped up in my mind earlier today and I'm just glad I got all the ingredients I needed. This was absolutely amazing. Blowing away amazing.
What You Need
- 1 to 1/2 pound of ground beef
- 3 garlic gloves, minced
- 3 scallions, cut
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (your favorites), cut in small pieces
- 2 tsps of olive oils
- 1 tsps of soy sauce
- 1 tsps of fish sauce
- 1 tsps of hot sauce
- 1 head of Boston salad
How It's Done
- Heat the olive oil in a large, non-stick pan.
- Add the garlic and the lamb chuck. Stir and brown.
- Add the vegetable.
- Soon after add the soy and fish sauce as well as the hot sauce. Stir gently and fry for 3 minutes or so.
- Divide the meat mixture on 2 plates.
- Put the salad on a big plate.
- Serve both.
- Roll the meat in the salad and treat as finger food.
